Typical Lea – what three words would your colleagues use to describe you?

I think my colleagues would describe me as empathetic, attentive and communicative.

How important is the team for you?

The team is my top priority.
I believe that if you stick together as a team and motivate each other, you can do anything. I think it’s great when colleagues inspire each other, help each other step out of their comfort zone and take on challenges, because you can learn so much from each other. Having a strong team by your side makes a great difference and of course increases the fun at work.


GREWP interested me so much because it is a young startup that stands for innovative, modern work. I was immediately aware that you have a lot of room for your own ideas and creativity here and that you can grow super here. I can share my interests, such as the topic of sustainability, and I am encouraged and supported in this. At the same time, I learn a lot about business creation and the dynamic startup world here every day. I also noticed pretty quickly that there is a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere here and that was very important to me.

What is particularly important to you in your role as Customer Relations Manager?

In any case, the varied work and contact with many different people is very important to me.
I really like it when the tasks are varied and I am confronted with different challenges in my everyday life. Working with different clients and providers always requires different actions. It takes time and experience to empathise with people and understand what they want, but that’s what I find so exciting.

Being part of a team means to me…

…to support, motivate and inspire each other and to be able to make the impossible possible.
