In our Team Boxing Class you will learn the basics of boxing together and really work out. Get out of the desk chair and into the activity. You will experience a team event that challenges, teaches, brings together and is really fun.
Boxing has been proven to help with stress reduction and promoting self-confidence. In the course you will learn the basics of boxing via technique training (e.g. prat training), strength-endurance training (e.g. HIIT) and mental training. Your physical and mental well-being will develop positively, which in turn will have a positive effect on your interpersonal relationships. Promise.
