In this in person, all day “Walkinar” Seminar participants – small or big – go on an individual journey and are supported by the concept of goal oriented impulse questions and techniques. In this way, they are “set in motion” and encouraged to reflect in individual and group coaching sessions, so that they can go back to their everyday work strengthened with new perspectives and implementation strategies.

Themes: The focus of these coachings is on personal challenges, which each*participant* currently faces in the home office; online studies or workday are characterized as social isolation. Since everyone brings his/her own topics, a variety is possible. The Walkinar is ideally suited to accommodate a wide variety of topics.

Some examples are:

  • Uncertainty of job situation
  • Weakening relationships and loneliness

Important: The themes can be customized to fit your team’s needs

The Walkinar-package includes:

in advance:

  • 1x Welcome packet included. Walkinar-accompanying book and FeelGoodies (Provision product)
  • If needed, support in choosing an appropriate hiking route nearby

Seminar day:

  • 1h analogue or digital Seminar introduction in the group by the coaches
  • 15 min Individual coaching during the hike via call (or the following week)
  • 2,5-4h analogue or digital reflection, hypothesizing und development of implications in small groups
  • Design of individual 7-Day-Challenge to integrate insights into everyday life

Subsequently:

  • 7-Day-Challenge with documentation in Walkinar-manual
  • digital exchange with the group as well as the coaches

digital Follow-Up (end of the following week):

  • 1,5h digital reflection of the challenge in the group

When is your booking binding?

You can initially make a non-binding enquiry via the enquiry form. This does not result in a contract and there are no costs for you. The booking is only binding once you have confirmed the submitted offer with the agreed number of people and date in writing.

When will you receive all the necessary information for your booked teambuilding?

As soon as you have made a binding booking, you will receive another email with all the necessary information. For virtual events, you will receive the invitation to the virtual session no later than five days before the event – or earlier on request.

What happens if participants drop out at short notice?

As soon as you have confirmed the number of persons and made a binding booking for this quantity, you will also be charged the price for this count. If the number of people is still unclear, you must commit to a minimum number of people for a binding booking. You can then add further persons within the scope of the agreed possibilities.

Can you register more participants?

Basically yes, subject to the limitations of the respective teambuilding measure. We will be happy to inform you of these in advance. For formats where parcels are sent to the participants in advance, a lead time of 10 working days should be planned, for shippings abroad possibly longer.

What happens when the weather conditions dont cooperate with outdoor activities?

For teambuilding activities that are weather-dependent, we will inform you in advance of the conditions under which they cannot take place or should be postponed. The decision is ultimately up to the respective provider, who can best assess the feasibility in the respective weather. They know their formats very well and can assess this accordingly.

What happens if you have to postpone the event?

What are the covid hygiene measures?

As part of our quality assurance process, we regularly ask, which covid hygiene measures are in place. Our suppliers adapt these measures taking into account the legal requirements and the characteristics of the respective format.
