As part of this team event, you will learn together the basic craft of fermenting in order to, for example,
prepare your own kimchi, for example. Or simply to preserve food in general.
You will gain exciting insights into a kitchen activity that was almost commonplace for our grandparents.
That was almost commonplace for our grandparents and that we hardly know today. Best of all, fermented foods are not only delicious but incredibly healthy. It will be educational, delicious and entertaining. You can continue to share your experiences and insights from the fermentation workshop with each other.
