In this relaxed 45-minute session “Closing Time Loose Up” we stress ourselves out from head to toe. This is essential after a long day in front of the PC in a stiffened position! This is followed by a series of activation exercises for all our muscle chains. So we are warmed up for a short and fast flow of body weight exercises that will bring some action to your pulse. We end with some relaxation exercises and a breathing technique to help you relax and balance your body and let the day end.
