You work from your home office or are scattered all over the world as a team? You still want an exciting event that promotes motivation, cohesion and team building? Then face our virtual Home Office Game Challenge now! You can expect tricky quiz questions, varied tasks and entertaining photo and video challenges.

And this is how our Home Office Fun Challenge works:

The virtual team event takes place within the framework of a moderated video call. The participants need a laptop and a smartphone – and off they go:

– The challenge takes place in an app. The participants download it to their smartphones and join the game with a QR code.
– Now it becomes interactive: We form smaller teams, which together solve exciting tasks and earn points. This is all about creativity in solving video or photo tasks, puzzles and knowledge from different areas – and of course communication and exchange, because you can only be successful together!
– Once all modules have been completed, the overall winner of the Challenge will be chosen. Which team has probably won the most points
– Many photos and videos are taken during the event. We share these with all participants afterwards.
We are happy to add internal company content and tasks to the event.

When is your booking binding?

You can initially make a non-binding enquiry via the enquiry form. This does not result in a contract and there are no costs for you. The booking is only binding once you have confirmed the submitted offer with the agreed number of people and date in writing.

When will you receive all the necessary information for your booked teambuilding?

As soon as you have made a binding booking, you will receive another email with all the necessary information. For virtual events, you will receive the invitation to the virtual session no later than five days before the event – or earlier on request.

What happens if participants drop out at short notice?

As soon as you have confirmed the number of persons and made a binding booking for this quantity, you will also be charged the price for this count. If the number of people is still unclear, you must commit to a minimum number of people for a binding booking. You can then add further persons within the scope of the agreed possibilities.

Can you register more participants?

Basically yes, subject to the limitations of the respective teambuilding measure. We will be happy to inform you of these in advance. For formats where parcels are sent to the participants in advance, a lead time of 10 working days should be planned, for shippings abroad possibly longer.

What happens when the weather conditions dont cooperate with outdoor activities?

For teambuilding activities that are weather-dependent, we will inform you in advance of the conditions under which they cannot take place or should be postponed. The decision is ultimately up to the respective provider, who can best assess the feasibility in the respective weather. They know their formats very well and can assess this accordingly.

What happens if you have to postpone the event?

What are the covid hygiene measures?

As part of our quality assurance process, we regularly ask, which covid hygiene measures are in place. Our suppliers adapt these measures taking into account the legal requirements and the characteristics of the respective format.
