“Acting Agile” – how do you manage to tell an exciting, full-length story together with several people without consulting each other in advance? In improvisational theater this happens live in front of the audience without tricks and false bottoms. The necessary skills and attitudes for this are also the cornerstones of highly functional, agile teams. In this workshop we will show how to work more effectively with methods from applied improvisational theater, how to promote self-organization and empowerment, and how to develop a modern understanding of leadership. In addition, an attitude is developed to act creatively in the increasingly fast-paced and complex environment, to inspire people and to establish a healthy error culture in the team. An optimal group size is 15-20 persons per trainer. For a larger target group the workshop can be designed as an interactive keynote.
